Should I Sell All Of My Star Wars Action Figures From 1999 Through 2002?

I have about 150 star wars action figures from episodes 1 and 2 plus various other sets that I’m thinking about selling. I know their value isn’t much more if anymore than what I originally paid for them but times are tough and money is money. In 10 more years episode 1 will be 20 years old, so would you wait it out for another decade to see what comes of them or sell them now?

Martinthurn is correct, there will always be more modern NRFB figures than collectors to collect them.
Identify which figures are the most rare and desirable, and hold onto those until after the economy improves. Right now collectibles prices are lower than normal because nobody can afford to buy.
Lucasfilm will keep pumping out tons of newer and better toys as long as there are fans to buy them. Unfortunately this means that very few modern Star Wars toys will increase in value the way vintage did.
Definitely wait. You spent all that time, effort, and money collecting them, why let it all be for nothing? I would keep them, and don’t put a date on when you’d want to sell them. You can pass them down to your children, and by that time, they’d REALLY be worth something! But a collection like that is more about the love of memorabilia than it is about resale. Money may be tight right now, but there are much better ways of getting some extra cash than selling your collection!
Hasbro sold MILLIONS of action figures during those years, but there are way less than 10,000 people who want to collect them. They will NEVER increase in value. Just donate them to Toys For Tots.
or you can save them up and sell them for a bigger price(if that if they look new atleast mint condition)
My son has his from the 70s and he is 36. Wait.
